I recently purchased a car in late February 2015 and through the dealers recommendation added insurance from Windhaven insurance in Miami florida. Unfortunately in the 2nd month of owning car was in an accident in another state and it took 5 weeks to get fixed.

Bad luck followed again a month later when another vehicle did a hut and run that was May 8th. Today is June 12th and car still has not been fixed because body shop is awaiting adjuster to come back and re evaluate estimate.

No matter how many calls or emails or calls to supervisors no one returns calls in timely manner and give a thousand reasons of miscommunication within departments. Steer clear of this company because if you have an accident on a Friday or weekend day must wait until Monday and only work business hours 8-5 M-F.
